Job Description
Experienced Pool Equipment & Repair Technician Stand Out Pools is seeking an experienced Pool Equipment and Repair Technician with at least three years of hands-on experience. This position primarily focuses on installing new equipment, completing equipment upgrades, and handling repairs related to pool renovation and construction projects. This is not a pool cleaning position or a traditional daily service-route position. Must be willing to get in pools! We will provide any wet suits needed in the colder months. Primary Responsibilities Install and replace pool pumps Replace pool pump motors Install pool filters Install saltwater systems Install and program automation systems Replace time clocks Install heat pumps and pool heaters Upgrade existing pool equipment Troubleshoot equipment, electrical, and plumbing issues Complete construction-related pool repairs Support pool renovation projects as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Qualifications Three or more years of pool equipment repair and installation experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of pool plumbing and basic electrical systems Experience with equipment upgrades and construction-related repairs Valid driver's license and a reasonably clean driving record Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Strong communication and customer-service skills We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing clean, professional installations and solving problems correctly the first time.
