Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair diverse mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs including installation, servicing, and maintenance of kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment to various job sites as needed. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose system faults accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and addressing maintenance concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently. Experience working with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen appliances. Knowledge of HVAC system repair including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in a safe manner.
