Job Description

Sun-Pro Realty and Management is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Property Services Coordinator / Handyman to support our residential properties in the field. This is a hands-on field position with a primary focus on property condition reports and vacant property checks, along with minor handyman work and general field support. We are looking for someone who notices the details, works independently, communicates well, and is comfortable using technology throughout the workday. Responsibilities Conduct periodic property condition reports and routine vacant property checks Photograph and document property conditions, maintenance concerns, unauthorized pets, housekeeping issues, damage, and other potential noncompliance issues Complete simple handyman repairs that can generally be handled in an hour or less with basic tools Maintain the company's key inventory, including key tracking, rekeying, lock changes, and lockboxes as needed Deliver/post notices and perform property or occupancy checks Meet onsite with property inspectors as assigned and document findings Perform scheduled laundry-money collections and light trash/debris pickup at designated multifamily properties Transport and install/remove portable A/C units and other field equipment Complete other field assignments supporting property management operations Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule, primarily answering calls and dispatching vendors Assist with hurricane preparation and post-storm property checks as needed Qualifications 1+ year of property maintenance, inspections, handyman, apartment operations, field services, or similar experience preferred Basic handyman skills and your own basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document what you observe Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology such as Zinspector, Lead Simple, RingCentral, and RentEngine Reliable, organized, and able to work independently without repeated follow-up Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional communication skills Benefits Medical benefits 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays Company vehicle provided for work-related travel Physical requirements Must be able to work outdoors in Florida weather, climb ladders, bend, kneel, reach, carry tools and equipment, and lift and install portable floor and window A/C units. Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
