Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our affordable and market rate communities. In this on site role, you'll complete work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance on building systems, ensuring safe, attractive, and well maintained homes for residents. You'll troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, respond to emergencies, and partner closely with site staff in a collaborative, resident focused culture with strong training and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Complete daily work orders for resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry). Perform unit turns, including repairs, painting, and cleaning to prepare apartments for new residents. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas. Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC issues or coordinate with vendors when needed. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop in clean, safe condition. Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and team members to provide resident-focused service.
