Technician 2 Advanced Work Vans - 2.0 Riviera Beach, FL Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Lifting equipment Equipment installation Improving operational efficiency Company vehicle operation Driver's License Manual assembly Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description Success as a Technician is being able to achieve the following expectations: Assemble/Install cargo management material, per the provided instructions Organize warehouse and inventory to maintain a clean and organized work area Ensures compliance with Adrian policies and procedures Foster and support a team environment with employees, partners & customers Ensure best practices are utilized to prevent damage to vehicles The key behaviors/skills required for this role are: Knowledge of commercial product Identify and communicate risk immediately Ability to work with tools, hand cart and lift up to 50lbs; ability to obtain a fork lift license Identify and eliminate waste to improve productivity Results oriented; Exceeds goals and pushes self and team Ability to perform assembly Ability to jig assembly and install Education/ Experience required for this role: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Warehouse experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Frequent bending/twisting at the neck and trunk area Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds (with assistance) Vision requirements include, close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Frequent standing, sitting, walking, carrying of items, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, bending Frequent squatting, stooping, or kneeling, and reaching above the head and reach forward Continuous use of hand strength to grasp tools and climb on to ladders and into vehicles
Additional Requirements:
Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a "Driver" as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
