Why This Role Matters As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in delivering a top-notch resident experience. Your work directly impacts how our communities look, feel, and function every single day. What You'll Be Doing Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates Handling day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Responding quickly and professionally to service requests Ensuring apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready Working with vendors on specialized projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized What We're Looking For Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent The Perks (They're Good) 401(k) with company match 80% company-paid medical benefits
