High School Responsibilities Execute PM Schedules:

Carry out routine preventive maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical (AC/DC systems), mechanical setups, and plumbing.

Refrigeration Monitoring:

Assist with or oversee ambient and temperature-controlled storage environments (including specialized refrigeration units like ammonia systems in distribution centers).

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and facility-related equipment failures to minimize operational downtime.

Building & Grounds Upkeep Interior & Exterior Maintenance:

Perform general structural repairs on walls, flooring, doors, dock plates, roofing, and exterior grounds.

Sanitation & Facility Standards:

Maintain cleanliness, order, and overall appearance standards across the building.
