Job Description

Qualifications:
3-5 years related experience and/or training Must have general working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and some landscaping. Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Availability to work a flexible schedule if needed to include days, and weekends Free meal plan and dining discounts. Flexibility with daily punch list.
