Full-time (25-32 hours/week)

Pay:

$22-$28/hour (based on experience) About the Role Dream Light ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for an 9 -year-old homeschooled client . The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment goals that promote communication, social, and adaptive skill development in a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress during each session. Support the client in building communication , social , and daily living skills. Collaborate with the BCBA and family to promote consistency across home and homeschool routines. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality , and a positive, encouraging attitude at all times. Requirements Active RBT certification (BACB). Prior RBT experience strongly preferred. Fluency in spoken English is required to effectively support the client's communication goals. Candidates who are not fluent in English are encouraged not to apply for this position. Background in education , such as experience as a tutor, teacher, or homeschool instructor , is highly valued. Strong language, communication, and teamwork skills . Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the client's home.
