You will:

Work outside in pools, heat, and varying weather Dive into pools to inspect and diagnose issues Use tools to locate underground plumbing leaks Travel to multiple homes per day If you don't like working outdoors or solving problems, this is not the job. What You'll Do Perform dive inspections to identify leaks, cracks, and structural issues Conduct pressure testing to locate plumbing leaks Complete minor repairs (epoxy patching, small plumbing fixes) Document findings with photos and clear reports Explain issues and solutions to homeowners Provide quotes for additional work Collect payment or send invoices Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined and good with your hands Strong problem solver (not easily frustrated) Detail-oriented and thorough Comfortable working outdoors and in water Good communicator with customers Reliable and accountable Experience (Helpful, Not Required) Plumbing, HVAC, construction, or mechanical work Pool service or repair Automotive diagnostics Leak detection No experience? We'll train you.
