Experienced Pool Plumber /
Equipment Tech Needed Location:
Indian River /
Brevard County Compensation:
Competitive / Based on Experience (Hourly or Project-Based)
Employment Type:
Contract / 1099 / Full-Time / Part-Time Right Way Enclosures, Pools & Spas is expanding our pool division, and we are looking for experienced pool plumbers, equipment set technicians, or established subcontractors to partner with us. We are specifically looking for tradesmen who know their way around a pool job site and can independently handle rough-in plumbing, equipment pad setup, and pressure testing. Whether your background is strictly gunite/shotcrete, commercial, or residential pools, your mechanical and plumbing experience is what matters most.
What We Are Looking For:
Pool Plumbing Rough-In:
Proven experience sizing, laying out, running, solvent-welding, and pressure-testing PVC lines (suction, returns, main drains, skimmers, and spa jets).
Equipment Pad Setup:
Experience plumbing equipment pads cleanly and efficiently—setting pumps, filters, salt systems, heaters, and automation valves.
Diagnostics & Pressure Testing:
Ability to hold pressure tests for inspection and troubleshoot air or water leaks before pour/backfill.
Trade Fundamentals:
Solid understanding of head pressure, pipe sizing, loop configurations, and clean manifold layout. Additional Skills (Plus): Equipotential bonding grids, low-voltage lighting, or equipment start-up experience is a strong bonus.
Requirements:
Location:
Must be based in or able to commute reliably throughout Indian River and Brevard Counties.
Transportation & Tools:
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable work vehicle, and standard hand/power plumbing tools.
