The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all aspects of the resort. In order to succeed in this position, you should possess the ability to think critically and efficiently. $17-$19/hour Weekends as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all aspects of the resort; may include using carpentry, painting, plumbing, and abilities to make repairs
• Must know how to use hand tools
• Clean and repair all building fixtures
• Maintain all machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings
• Paint, repair flooring, maintain plumbing, some electrical (with assistance), and air-conditioning/heating systems
• Complete on call work order requests quickly
• Complete daily work orders quickly
• Daily work orders may include: Plumbing (toilets, faucets, dishwashers, drains, showers, etc.

) Electrical (switches, electrical plugs, boxes, light fixtures, etc.) Air Conditioners (air-conditioning/heating systems) Carpentry (door locks, handles, window screens, drywall patching and painting, etc.)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years Maintenance experience is a must
