The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance of assigned properties in Polk and Highlands county. High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in building maintenance. Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for travel between locations. Knowledge of general maintenance required. Prefer HVAC, electrical and plumbing credential and experience..
