In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality vinyl fencing solutions that enhance the safety, privacy, and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in fence construction, carpentry, and blueprint interpretation will ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine project specifications and layout. Measure, cut, assemble, and install PVC fencing panels with precision using hand tools and power tools. Handle building materials safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting of fencing components and related supplies. Use carpentry skills such as frame carpentry and masonry techniques to ensure secure fence foundations and aesthetic finishes. Operate power tools safely, including saws, drills, welders, and other construction equipment necessary for fence installation. Maintain a clean and organized work site by adhering to safety protocols, managing construction material handling, and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents on outdoor construction sites. Complete installation projects on time by managing tasks efficiently from start to finish while maintaining quality standards. Experience Proven experience in fence installation, specifically with PVC or vinyl fencing products. Strong background in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, or hardscape construction projects. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately. Prior outdoor work experience in construction environments with exposure to heavy lifting and material handling. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and power tool safety practices. Experience working with welding equipment is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple fencing projects simultaneously.
