Job Description

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining the aesthetics, functionality, and overall condition of the Club's facilities, including the main clubhouses and luxury villas. This position ensures a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff by performing routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with special projects as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: 1. Perform daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs across all club and villa facilities. 2. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues proactively. 3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from staff and leadership. 4. Assist with preventative maintenance programs to extend the life and appearance of Club assets. 5. Support upkeep of mechanical systems, including pumps, boilers, and lighting as needed. 6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance workspaces, tools, and storage areas. 7. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on project planning, repairs, and safety initiatives. 8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and Club operational policies. 9. Assist with equipment moves, and seasonal maintenance tasks. 10. Provide courteous, professional service when working around members & guests, and when interacting with vendors and staff. Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. 2. OSHA 10 Certificate required. 3. OSHA 30 Certificate preferred. 4. 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hospitality, resort, residential, or club environment. 5.
Working knowledge of basic trades:
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. 6. Ability to operate standard maintenance tools, equipment, and vehicles safely. 7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 8. Ability to safely lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods. 9. High attention to detail and safety. 10. Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills. 11. Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team. 12. Service and customer focused attitude.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
N/A Certificates/Licenses :
OSHA 10 Certificate required. OSHA 30 certificate preferred.

From $25.00 per hour
