Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities. Must Kow how to plaster and know drywalls. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on preventive maintenance strategies. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
