Field Maintenance Technician Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Field Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-permanent opportunity with in the Tampa Bay area.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Required Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Maintenance Technician to perform outdoor maintenance and repair work at various job sites throughout the Tampa Bay area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in asphalt maintenance, line striping, construction, general maintenance, or a related field. This position involves physical outdoor work and requires someone who is comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and environments. Responsibilities
Perform line striping and pavement marking.
Assist with asphalt maintenance and repairs.
Perform pothole repair and related pavement maintenance.
Prepare work areas for maintenance and repair activities.
Safely operate hand tools and equipment used for maintenance and construction tasks.
Follow instructions from supervisors and project leadership.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company and job-site safety requirements.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as needed.
Perform other general field maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous related work experience required.
Experience with asphalt maintenance, line striping, construction, or general field maintenance is preferred.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a crew.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Strong attention to safety and quality workmanship.
No specific certifications or state licenses required.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding outdoor position.
Candidates must be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the workday.
Perform repetitive physical tasks.
Lift and move materials and equipment as required.
Work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
Schedule Requirements
Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Occasional overnight shifts, weekends, or extended hours may be required based on project needs.
PPE & Safety Requirements
Standard PPE is required. Candidates must follow all applicable company and job-site safety procedures.
Drug Screen:
5-panel drug screen required.
Background Check:
