Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer/ Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Labor/ Swimming Pool Construction tasks, including but not limited to rebar, form boards, water feature, skimmer & tile installation, grinding & chipping with power tools. The candidate will be able to lift 100lbs & endure the outdoor elements. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret schematics while ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for executing projects efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Fabricate components as needed for installations, ensuring accuracy and quality. Operate Power Tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Manage construction tasks including concrete work and application. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Experience Proven experience in installation roles, particularly concrete, rebar & form boards Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus. Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
