Handyperson Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent One year of experience Valid driver's license and access to transportation Perform basic repairs across multiple trades Comfortable using hand and power tools Troubleshoot and solve problems independently Attention to detail and quality Regularly lift, carry, and move materials Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience preferred Responsibilities Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of company facilities and equipment Complete basic carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs Assemble, install, repair, and maintain equipment and fixtures Troubleshoot and identify maintenance issues Use hand and power tools safely and properly Perform preventative maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with miscellaneous projects and repairs as assigned Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment
