MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / TURNKEY TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance/Turnkey Technician to perform apartment repairs, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, work orders, and general property maintenance. 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred. This is a multi-property position. The technician will be required to travel between up to five properties throughout the day, primarily within the Titusville area, as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs safely and efficiently Complete work orders through Appfolio Strong follow-through and attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects from start to completion Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain professional, patient, and respectful when interacting with residents, including during difficult or demanding situations Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital maintenance systems to receive, update, and complete work orders and communicate with the team Must have your own basic hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred

EPA/HVAC
