  • $24 based on relevant experience and qualificationsPosition Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to diagnose equipment failures quickly, and the capability to work independently. The Maintenance Technician supports production by minimizing downtime, performing corrective repairs, and assisting with preventative maintenance activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machinery. Repair or replace defective components including motors, sensors, drives, belts, bearings, and control devices. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and electrical circuits. Respond promptly to production calls to minimize downtime. Perform emergency repairs during shift as needed. 2. Preventative Maintenance Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment. Inspect machinery for wear, misalignment, and mechanical deficiencies. Lubricate, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer specifications. Document maintenance work performed and report recurring issues. 3.
