Job Description
Maintenance Technician Overview Holiday Inn Express is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to help manage the general maintenance and curb appeal of the hotel. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping out wherever needed. Must be able to do total renovation of rooms and assist housekeeping when needed. Only experience person need to apply. Responsibilities Ensure requested service orders are completed on a timely basis. Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws. Additional duties as assigned. A minimum of 3 year of related experience. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A general knowledge of plumbing is desired. A general knowledge of electrical is desired. A general knowledge of electrical wiring and repair is desired. A general knowledge of HVAC is desired. May include installing and servicing air conditioning units and heating units.
