In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of pool systems, performing routine maintenance, inspecting equipment and identifying issues, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your expertise will help create enjoyable and safe swimming experiences for all users while supporting the overall health of their pools. Duties Perform regular pool maintenance including cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment inspection to ensure optimal pool conditions. Handle water treatment chemicals safely, including chemical agent handling and water chemistry balancing to meet health standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and equipment repairs for compliance and operational tracking. Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport tools, chemicals, and equipment between job sites. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously during visits. Requirements Proven experience with pool maintenance, aquatic facility operations, or related outdoor work environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment effectively. Familiarity with pool plumbing systems, water treatment chemicals, and chemical agent handling procedures. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and maintenance schedules. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
