Job Description
Job summary. NightLight Pros is a family owned landscape lighting company based in Wellington, Florida, serving Palm Beach County. We design and install low voltage outdoor lighting systems for homes and communities. We're looking for a hands on technician to join our crew. No electrical license is needed since everything we do is low voltage, and no prior experience is required. We will train you on everything. Requirements. Valid driver's license, since you'll be driving a company van to and from job sites. Comfortable working outdoors, including digging and working with a shovel. Irrigation repair knowledge is a plus but not required. Spanish speaking ability is a plus but not required. Responsibilities. Installing transformers, burying wire, and connecting fixtures. Troubleshooting and repairing existing lighting systems. Performing maintenance visits, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs. Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely. What you'll learn on the job. Fixture names and specifications. Lighting terms like Kelvin color temperature and lumens output. Identifying common tree species, since that affects fixture placement and aiming.
