Job Description
We are looking to grow our team and add an additional Property Maintenance Technician to our Commercial Property Management Company. Must be familiar with all aspects of office systems including, but not limited to:
- Lighting such as switches, outlets, ballasts, light bulbs, breakers
- Plumbing such as installing new toilets, repairing toilets and faucets
- General tasks such as painting, filling pot holes, patching roof leaks, picking up trash, sprinkler repair and pressure cleaning
- Ability to move furniture
- Proactive not reactive The ideal candidate for this position is a self starter that works well with limited supervision and "stays busy" Must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 55 lbs.
