Job Description:

Diagnoses problems in all hospital equipment. Disassembles and replaces parts in medical outlets. Conducts frequent rounds to identify and correct issues. Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Performs, completes, and closes all work orders and PMs requests in a timely manner. Conducts repairs and maintenance on floors, walls, doors, and hardware. Handles minor repair, maintenance, and cleaning of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems. Carries out minor repair and maintenance on electrical systems. Performs minor repairs and maintenance on Pneumatic Tube System. Conducts minor repair and maintenance on plumbing systems. Executes minor patching and painting in assigned areas. Replaces room AC unit filters and HEPA Air purifiers. Other duties as assigned Replaces or repairs thermostatic controls.

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv or 5+ years experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

HVAC Universal Certified Technician (HVAC) [Preferred] Licensed Electrical Contractor (LEC) [Preferred]
