Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic guest services environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of basic facility repairs with the ability to work both alone and within a team. Duties Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing hardware. Repair, patch, and paint drywall and other surfaces. Replace and install electrical and/or plumbing fixtures Assemble/dissaemble equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures Use a digital work order system to plan, track, and respond to requests Work within a team or solo on various tasks as the needs dictate Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Experience Commercial facility repair/maintenance Hotel/Lodging engineer Basic electrical, plumbing, painting, repair experience
