Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Zephyrhills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facility systems. This position requires someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Repair and replace defective equipment components. Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment problems. Maintain and repair facility equipment and systems. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with general facility maintenance as needed. Work with production personnel to address equipment and maintenance concerns. Qualifications Previous maintenance technician or industrial maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus. Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documentation. Must have reliable transportation. Must be dependable and able to work scheduled hours, overtime, and weekends when needed. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment or materials as required. Pay:
$26.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
