Property Names:
River Club Apartments and Townhomes Area Maintenance Technician:
Area Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties Resident inspections Cleanliness and appeal of the property Completing work orders Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping Assist with
Property Turn Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred HVAC certification preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to use hands and fingers Ability to speak, see, and hear Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to walk and climb stairs Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
