About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community running smoothly and looking its best. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and turnover work across our rental homes in the our community and shared community amenities, playing a key part in delivering a great living experience for our residents. You'll work closely with the Community Manager and partner together to ensure our residents are taken care of. What You'll Do Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests across occupied and vacant homes, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Perform preventive maintenance on community systems, pool equipment, and common area amenities Maintain proper chemical balance and safety standards for the community pool in accordance with state and local health codes Handle appliance repair/replacement, and coordinate with vendors for larger repairs as needed Prepare vacant homes for move-in through the make-ready process (painting touch-ups, cleaning, repairs, etc.) Manage the Make-Ready process and board Conduct regular property walks to proactively identify and address maintenance needs and ensure grounds are maintained Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests, ensuring a high standard of service Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules Support snow removal, landscaping upkeep, or seasonal maintenance tasks as needed Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies What You Bring EPA Section 608 Certification (required) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred 1+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in multifamily or build-to-rent property management Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Yardi experience preferred Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions Valid Driver's License Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing BTR platform A supportive, team-oriented work environment
