Industrial Maintenance Technician Aldora Aluminum and Glass Products - 3.1 Austell, GA Job Details Full-time $27 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Managing maintenance teams Manufacturing plant facilities maintenance experience Millwright Schematics Pneumatic machine repair Maintenance Electrical schematic reading and interpretation Forklift Industrial equipment troubleshooting Troubleshooting hydraulic systems 480V electrical equipment handling Electrical equipment corrective maintenance Mentoring Pneumatic systems Electrical control system maintenance Electrical maintenance Hydraulics Full Job Description Requirements 2-4+ years of plant maintenance experience in an industrial environment, with hands-on expertise in: Preventive Maintenance Electrical Maintenance (480VAC, 3-Phase) Electrical Control Systems Hydraulic Machine Maintenance Pneumatic Machine Maintenance Reading wiring diagrams and schematics; sharp troubleshooting instincts Experience leading or mentoring a small maintenance team What You'll Do Get hands-on repairing, installing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components Diagnose equipment issues and dismantle machinery to pinpoint wear, misalignment, and other problems Replace broken or defective parts with precision Prepare specifications, bills of materials, and requisitions for major repairs Reassemble machines, fine-tune adjustments, and test operation Apply strong working knowledge of machine theory, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipefitting, and machine design Keep equipment running to manufacturer guidelines and specifications Drive a proactive, effective preventive maintenance program Operate hand or power forklifts as needed Physical Requirements Comfortable lifting, positioning, and holding parts during repairs; ready for long hours on your feet, including in hot conditions.
