Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Building Maintenance Services Technician to join our team. Duties Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and building interior systems using hand tools, schematics, and electrical equipment repair techniques. Troubleshoot issues Conduct maintenance painting, residential painting, and carpentry tasks Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ensure compliance with safety standards. Supervise or assist with the work of junior technicians or contractors when necessary Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property management staff, Provide excellent customer service while resolving issues efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in building maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC system repair, carpentry, welding, and painting. Familiarity electrical systems and HVAC units; Experience working with software for tracking maintenance activities; ability to document work clearly and thoroughly. Knowledge of residential properties
