Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our transportation team. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety, and timely arrival of product while adhering to all traffic laws and transportation safety regulations. Responsibilities Follow all traffic laws, vehicle codes, and transportation safety regulations during every trip Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly Respond quickly and appropriately to traffic changes, emergencies, or unexpected route disruptions Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, passengers, and team members throughout shifts Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements Proven experience Knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle codes, emergency response procedures for transportation, and transportation safety regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment as needed Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities Demonstrate defensive driving skills and quick response capabilities in dynamic traffic environments.
