Doorsmith is hiring a full-time Lead Garage Door Installer. A minimum of 2 years of garage door installation experience is required to apply. Applicants without at least 2 years of hands-on garage door experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Lead residential garage door installation jobs from start to finish Install garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, and hardware Diagnose and complete basic repairs/service work as needed Ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help train and guide installer helpers when needed Requirements At least 2 years of garage door installation experience required Strong knowledge of residential garage door systems and openers Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifting equipment Able to safely lift and handle heavy garage door materials Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and professional with customers Ability to work Monday-Friday, full time Pay is based on experience.
