Chamblee, GA Why You'll Want This Job Weinstein Properties is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team. What We Offer Pay:
$23/hour (and up, depending on experience) On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls) Additional $150 per holiday on-call Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

EPA Certified Schedule Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours/week) Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team What You'll Be Doing Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments Assist with apartment turns and make-readies Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly What We're Looking For At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks Physical & Technical Requirements Reliable transportation Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.) Ability to drive a golf cart Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round Ability to climb stairs and ladders Experience using hand and power tools Background check required Why Weinstein Properties We own and manage our communities, which means: Consistent standards Supportive leadership Real opportunities for advancement Many of our team members grow their careers here—and we actively support that growth.
