Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: Nelkin Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance for 200 older (but well maintained) apartment units in the Clarkston/Decatur area.Requirements:
5-10 years of apartment maintenance experience Strong HVAC experience, including repair and replacement of units Ability to perform major plumbing repairs Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills Must own a truck and have personal tools Must be in good physical condition and able to handle the demands of the jobWhat We Offer:
