Requirements:

5-10 years of apartment maintenance experience Strong HVAC experience, including repair and replacement of units Ability to perform major plumbing repairs Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills Must own a truck and have personal tools Valid Drivers License Must be in good physical condition and able to handle the demands of the job Roofing experience is a plus
