We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Person/Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and general labor tasks across various projects. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, develop your skills, and be an essential part of our team's success. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to uphold facility standards Use tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and ohmmeters to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently Assist with construction projects, installations, and remodeling activities as needed Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs and address them promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance person work or general labor roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters effectively Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic understanding of electrical systems or plumbing is a plus but not mandatory Join us to bring your hands-on skills to life in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make a difference!
