What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong technical expertise in electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, servo drives, mechanical machinery, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
PLC Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues; Read and interpret ladder logic and control diagrams
Electrical Systems:
Understand and work with three-phase and single-phase systems (480V, 208V, 110V); Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs safely
Servo Motors & Drives:
Troubleshoot and maintain servo motors and drive systems; Configure and calibrate motor control systems
Mechanical Systems:
Maintain and repair mechanical machinery; Understand bearings, chains, trimming mechanisms, and gear systems
Hydraulic Systems:
Troubleshoot pumps, valves, and hydraulic circuits; Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment
General Maintenance:
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans; Apply 5 Whys methodology for root cause analysis
Pay Rate:
$30.65 Per Hour What You'll Need (Qualifications): Minimum 18 years of age Two years maintenance experience in an industrial production environment Background in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical system required. Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team.
