Job Description

About the Role As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of complex manufacturing machinery. You will leverage your expertise in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions to maintain high equipment uptime. Execute the installation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of production machinery and facility infrastructure. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to troubleshoot PLC, VFD, and HMI systems. Manage maintenance workflows, parts inventory, and documentation through CMMS software to ensure data accuracy. Perform precision fabrication and welding tasks to support equipment modifications and repairs. Champion workplace safety by identifying hazards and maintaining 5S standards across all operational areas. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and electrical schematics. Demonstrated expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on independent decision-making and accountability. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Skills Technical school certification or relevant vocational training. Direct experience with thermoforming or injection molding equipment. Proven track record of operating lift trucks in a safe, efficient manner. Experience with Maintenance Connection or similar enterprise CMMS platforms.
