63122235 Job Description Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC laser cutting machines, press brakes, and associated pneumatic and hydraulic systems. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, safety, and production efficiency by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and performing timely repairs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; technical/trade school certification preferred 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in metal fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing Hands-on experience with CNC laser cutters (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Mazak, Bystronic) and press brakes Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic system design, troubleshooting, and repair Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings Basic knowledge of PLCs and CNC control systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Basic understanding of electrical systems (single/three-phase, 24V/120V/480V circuits) Meet Your Recruiter Personnel Resources Recruiter Personnel Resources can connect you with opportunities to build your skills, flexible jobs that fit your lifestyle and companies where you can build a lasting career.
