57773444 Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with metal fabrication, be able to read blueprints accurately, and take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding with occasional TIG welding as needed. Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate and assemble metal components. Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools. Perform metal fabrication and assembly according to specifications. Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with metal fabrication. Excellent tape measurement and layout skills. Ability to safely operate overhead cranes (or willingness to be trained, if applicable). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Position requires approximately 30% lifting throughout the workday. Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Pay:

$18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
