Investors Management Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at two properties in Douglas & Broxton, GA. The ideal candidate is a reliable, skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and common areas. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and general maintenance issues. Complete unit turns including cleaning, painting, and repairs to prepare apartments for new residents. Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records of work completed and report supply and equipment needs. Communicate effectively with Property Manager and other staff regarding resident concerns, unit conditions, and work priorities. Adhere to Fair Housing laws and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience. Must supply own basic hand tools. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. HVAC certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
