Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing field service team. In this role, you will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs , unit turns as well as daily grounds either directly at customer locations or on properties. This is a field-based position requiring strong problem-solving skills, independent decision-making, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service on the road.
What You Will Do Execute Field Repairs :
Respond promptly to on-site service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and structural issues.
Preventive Maintenance :
Perform comprehensive physical inspections and routine maintenance checks to keep customer equipment or facilities operating safely.
Document Work Logs :
Complete digital work orders, diagnostic checklists, and service reports via standard company mobile applications.
Customer Communication:
Act as the face of our company by clearly communicating repair timelines, costs, and diagnostics to clients.
What We Look For Experience :
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Maintenance field technician (field service experience preferred).
Valid Driver's License :
Must possess a clean, valid driver's record.
Technical Aptitude :
Strong familiarity with diagnostic software, electrical troubleshooting, and standard power or hand tools.
Physical Capability :
Ability to lift heavy components up to 70 lbs, work in tight or elevated spaces, and stand for extended periods.
Weather Resilience :
Willingness to work comfortably outdoors across varied weather conditions.
Availability :
Flexibility to work daytime hours with occasional overtime, on-call rotations, or weekend shifts depending on regional service needs. Housing is available if needed for chosen candidate.
What We Offer Competitive Compensation :
800.00-1100.00 per week (dependent on experience and technical certifications).This is a 1099
Position Pay:
$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
