Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Install, maintain, and repair kitchen appliances and other equipment critical to daily operations. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other essential machinery. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC system repair, refrigeration, air conditioning, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse equipment types. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment installation and repairs efficiently. Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
