Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration issues using schematics and technical manuals Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and related mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections conducted in compliance with operational procedures Perform routine grounds maintenance including cleaning up trash, emptying waste bins, and other property ground task Use hand tools and power tools for various repairs and task Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Assist with repairs in apartments such as appliance repair, cosmetic repair, and various maintenance task. Displaying excellent customer service when interacting with residents and future residents of our community Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment Flexible schedule Qualifications Prior experience in apartment maintenance is preferred Previous knowledge in customer service Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Familiarity with equipment and maintenance procedures Previous knowledge of air conditioning or appliance repairs is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is a plus Background check will be conducted Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Join us as a Maintenance Technician if you're eager to bring your technical expertise into a role that makes a tangible difference every day.
