Job Description
Property maintenance, troubleshoot issues, repair all that is basic, or contact proper technician for major repairs. Basic knowledge of PTAC, plumbing and electrical required. Direct communication with the General Manager necessary to report any property projects. Ensure property comply with brand standards and local inspections. Daily tasks will be assigned based on business needs.
