What You'll Do:

Respond quickly to maintenance service requests (within 24-48 hours) Make vacant units "move-in ready" in just 5-7 days Perform daily property inspections to ensure everything looks and functions great Handle preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently Tackle emergency repairs as needed (on-call rotation) Work directly with vendors or handle repairs yourself Float between sister properties in

Lilburn/Lawrenceville What You'll Need:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks Basic HVAC knowledge and EPA Certification Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Must pass background and drug screening
