We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated handyman to join our family.

•Candidates will need to have flexibility in their schedules as this position will be part-time with potential for full-time based on the needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical or structural issues Assemble furniture or equipment as needed Conduct routine inspections of premises Complete janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment Respond to work orders and complete outstanding in-house repairs Be available to respond to emergency issues that may arise during non-peak business hours and provide on-site support Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred Ability to use hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and attention-to-detail Ability to take initiative to resolve problems, fix equipment, etc. with a sense of urgency Ability to travel between our office locations for site visits to perform preventative maintenance tasks
