Job Description

Cold Storage Distribution Facility Pay:
Starting at $35.20/hour Join Our Maintenance Team We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support operations at our cold storage distribution facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. If you have industrial maintenance experience and enjoy troubleshooting mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday
  • Friday | 5:00 AM
  • 1:30 PM (or 3:30 PM depending on operational needs) Monday
  • Friday | 8:00 AM
  • 6:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts) Weekend Shift Friday
  • Monday | 8:00 AM
  • 6:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts) 3rd Shift 9:00 PM
  • 5:30 AM What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility and material handling equipment.
Ensure equipment is maintained according to manufacturer and supplier recommendations. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on: Conveyors Cranes Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Refrigeration systems, including evaporators and condensers Fire protection systems Freezer doors Dock doors Pallet-handling equipment Other mechanical systems Respond to maintenance issues quickly and effectively while minimizing operational downtime. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures. Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or related field preferred. Working knowledge of mechanical systems. Working knowledge of electrical systems preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical & Environmental Requirements Must be able to work in a cold freezer environment. Must be able to climb a 175-foot ladder while using a safety harness. Must be comfortable working at heights. Occasional use of a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) is required; therefore, employees must be clean-shaven when required to wear respiratory protection. Why Join Us?
